1. Download the CSV file from the platform you are using currently.
2. Login into Gofraze
Visit www.gofraze.com/login and log in with your credentials.

3. Navigate to Contacts:
- After logging in, navigate to the Contacts tab located on the top bar.
- Click on it, and a new page will open. On this page, select the Add New Subscribers button.

4. Choose How to Add Subscribers:
Upon clicking Add New Subscribers, you'll see two options:
- Add Individual: Manually input details for one subscriber.
- Upload CSV: Add multiple subscribers at once by uploading a file.

5. Upload a CSV File
- Select Upload CSV. A pop-up will appear in the center of your screen.
- Click the Upload CSV button and choose the file you want to upload.
- Click Next, and you'll be prompted to select one of the following options:
- Select List: Add subscribers to an existing contact list.
- Create a New List: Start a new list for these contacts.


5.1 Preview and Confirm Details
- Review the file preview to ensure all details are correct. The first name, last name, company name, and email of the first subscriber will be auto-filled as a sample for verification.
- If you notice any errors, reach out to 'Gofraze Support' for assistance.
- Once satisfied, click Next, and a consent pop-up will appear.

6. Finalize and Update
Confirm the consent, and your contact list will be updated successfully!
